I have spent the last few years of my life journeying within both the physical and spiritual realms. During this time period, I was pulled into major self reflection by the universe. A majority of the immediate family moved to Charlottesville, VA as a sibling completed law school at UVA. She was married to her husband, Matthew Wilkinson in June 2025 and they are expecting their first child in April of 2026. Hope is the birth-giver of Pause Within, an Embodiment Practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist. Using these practices, and a few other certifications, she encourages awareness of ones body mind and soul. Within the last 7 years, she was able to experience how life changing it can be to take individuals away from their routine, have them exist in nature & allow the seasons to become a reflection. All it takes is a pause from the “go,go,go” of life to remember your connection, on a deeper level, to all that is around you. She now offers many private sessions and group workshops that allow self connection to thread humanity and nature together again.
