Donation Based Yoga @ Gold Dust Studio
Join us for our first night of grounding and connection in the Gold Dust Studio.
Come into this safe space. Drop into your body with awareness, move with intention, & release what is holding you back! Through this hour long class, we will find deeper connection with self and learn to dissolve the boundaries between mind body and spirit. Spend the time after asking questions, signing up for services, enjoying refreshments & connecting with like-minded individuals! Please RSVP if you can & BRING A FRIEND!
